Brokeback Joker?

I don't know about this one..... Heath Ledger will play Batman's nemesis, The Joker in the upcoming Batman: Dark Knight. Full story.

I have liked some of the stuff Ledger has done in the past (as cheesy as it was, I really liked A Knight's Tale), so I will wait to pass judgement. I think if they take the Joker down a more dark and psychological path (ala Hopkins as Lecter in Silence), it might work out very well.
