360 Goodness
On Monday, Microsoft announced all kinds of goodies for the 360. Xboxic has a good rundown here.
- Play from Hard Drive (great if you're annoyed by the loud DVD drive)
- Netflix streaming
- Gears 2 release date set as November 7
I'm not 100% sold on the new interface. It seems like a cross between a PS3 and Wii. I guess we'll just have to see in a couple months when it's released. They also announced a price cut for the 20GB, down to $299. Overall, I think that was a pretty impressive press conference.
