Cisco sues Apple over iPhone trademark

Too funny. Apparently talks broke down this week when trying to come to a licensing agreement, so Cisco is waving the big lawyer stick. I honestly don't know how Apple expects to win this one.

I know Apple made it chic to put the "i" in front of everything, but Cisco had the trademark on this a year before the iPod even came out. It doesn't look like Apple has a leg to stand on here.
